This is the dataset for Figure 1B. The serum from mice repeatedly immunized with HCMV gH/gL or purified virions was diluted 1:100 or 1:500 before being incubated with the reporter virus AD169R. The innoculum was then added to two cell types, ARPE-19 and NHDF cells for two hours at 37C. Each condition was performed in triplicate to identify which immunization group had developed the highest, broadly neutralizing antibody titers. Three mice were selected for hybridoma fusion.
