Stiffening system for a frame， retaining device specially intended for such a stiffening system and frame comprising such a stiffening system System (1) for stiffening a frame (4)， the frame (4) comprising at least two components (3)， the stiffening system (1) comprising at least one stiffening bar (2) and at least two stiffening bar (2) retaining devices (5)， each retaining device (5) comprising a bearing face (8) intended to come into contact with an inner face (3b) of the corresponding component (3) of the frame (4)， the stiffening system (1) comprising at least two fixing elements (6)， each fixing element (6) being intended to penetrate into the associated retaining device (5) and the corresponding component (3) of the frame (4)， so that when the retaining devices (5) are each fixed to the corresponding component (3) of the frame (4)， the stiffening bar (2) extends between the two components (3) of the frame (4).
