Prenatal exposure to valproic acid induces sex specific alterations in cortical and hippocampal neuronal structure and function in rats

In this dataset we include the expression data obtained by dissected prefrontal cortical tissue from sprague-dawley rats exposed to saline or valproic acid on gestation day 12.5 in utero. This data was used to obtain prefrontal cortical genes to determine sex differences in a model of autism spectrum disorder.
