Single_cell_RNA_sequencing_of_NTCU_treated_mice

This study aims to characterize the ability of NTCU mice to serve as a model system for lung cancer development. For this purpose, 10X single-cell RNA-sequencing of mouse lungs at different time points after NTCU treatment as well as healthy, age-matched controls will be utilised to profile the phenotypic changes of cellular populations in the lung. We will compare the development through time as well as aim to characterise the abundance of immune cell populations in the mouse lung, aiming to determine whether epithelial cells show more malignant phenotypes over time.
