资源简介:
Neutrophils have emerging immunoregulatory role in infection and cancer, however rather little is known about neutrophil plasticity in the context of cancer immunotherapy. We analyzed the plasticity of neutrophil phenotypes in a mouse model for adoptive T cell transfer immunotherapy (ACT). From mice undergoing ACT we isolated neutrophils from different tissues (tumor, lymph node, spleen, blood, bone marrow) and investigated gene expression by 3'mRNA-Seq. In addition, we analyzed changes in gene expression of bone marrow neutrophils exposed to conditioned medium from antigen-activated T cells.
