Dataset of Perceived VUCA and Workplace Outcomes Among Vietnamese Employees This repository contains anonymized survey data collected from Vietnamese employees for research on workplace psychology and organizational behavior. The dataset includes demographic information and validated psychometric measures related to perceived VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity), workplace stress, and other workplace-related psychological and organizational constructs. The repository is intended to support multiple research publications based on the same research project. All personally identifiable information has been removed prior to publication. The dataset is shared to promote research transparency, reproducibility, and future secondary analyses in accordance with open science principles. Researchers are welcome to use the dataset for academic purposes with appropriate citation.
