We implemented mRNA microarray analysis in HCC827 and Gefitinib resistant cells HCC827/GR to identify differential expression of mRNAs in NSCLC. Overall design: The global expression profile of mRNA was detected from two kinds of cells (HCC827 and HCC827/GR) using LncRNA + mRNA Human Gene Expression Microarray V4.0. The RNAs were labeled with Cy3 dye.
