Identification of altered miRNAs and their targets in Placenta Accreta

We aim to elucidate regulatory miRNA and target networks contributing to Placenta accreta spectrum development using smallRNA-Seq. Following grades were included for small RNA-Seq expression comparison: accreta; increta; percreta. Tissue samples (≤ 0.5 cm in any single dimension) were taken from central areas of control placentas (NP) and adherent tissue in Placenta Accreta Spectrum samples (PA).
