Single cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) analysis of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells purifiied from young and longevity mice, both male and female. Overall design: Lineage negative side population was sorted by flow cytometry from 3- and 28-month-old male and female BALB/c mice, with 2 to 4 mice pooled per group. Around 1,000 cells each were analyzed by 10x Genomics single cell RNAseq platforms.
