Stage III follicles were isolated from the Ciona ovary and incubated with or without the MEK inhibitor, U0126 for 24 hr. RNA-seq comparison leads to the identification of the downstream target genes of the MEK signaling pathway. Threee biological replicates of two samples (Control vs MEK inhibitor) were analyzed.
