本数据集基于MODIS卫星影像提取太湖区域，然后进行去云、几何校正处理，利用本所研究成果（反演模型），提取太湖的蓝藻水华分布，value值为藻华每个像元的百分比。

This dataset extracts the Taihu Lake region from MODIS satellite imagery, followed by cloud removal and geometric correction. Leveraging the inversion model developed by our institute, it retrieves the cyanobacterial bloom distribution over Taihu Lake, where the pixel value denotes the percentage of algal blooms in each grid cell.
This is the Taihu Lake Algal Bloom Spatiotemporal Distribution Dataset (2025), which contains 328 TIFF raster files. Users can query the specific inversion values of algal blooms at any point within the lake. The naming convention for the dataset files is TH_year_mm_dd_FAC.tif.
