This is a dataset of H&E-stained human liver microscopy images and corresponding nuclei segmentation label images. This is a subset of data available in “NuInsSeg: A fully annotated dataset for nuclei instance segmentation in H&E-stained histological images” (doi: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.10518968). Tissue images were converted from .png RGBA to .tif RGB with the python library PIL. This contains the dataset used to train and apply a StarDist2D model as an example part of the DL4MicEverywhere protocol.
