Raw metagenomic sequencing data from mouse gut microbiota after high-fat diet and probiotic Lactobacillus helveticus BGRA43 intervention

This dataset contains raw paired-end Illumina sequencing reads from fecal samples collected in a dietary intervention study on C57BL/6J mice. The aim was to assess the effects of oral administration of Lactobacillus helveticus BGRA43 on gut microbiota composition and diversity in a high-fat diet (HFD)-induced obesity mouse model.
