This dataset contains the annotated genome of the mycoheterotrophic plant Pterospora andromedea from Medicine Bow, Wyoming (PTAN v1).Annotation was produced with MAKER v2.31.10 using PacBio Canu contigs (GenBank accession JBTLPU000000000) and integrated evidence from Arabidopsis thaliana, Camellia sinensis, Hypopitys monotropa, and Vaccinium corymbosumprotein datasets.The GFF3 file defines predicted gene models and transcript features confirmed through domain validation (NCBI CD-Search, InterProScan, Pfam A v35).This deposit supports the publication: Phytoglycogen metabolism and heterotrophic CO₂ recycling define the carbon economy of the Pterospora–Rhizopogon–Pinus mycorrhizal network (in prep).
