Genotype specific transcriptome assemblies - Evaluation metrics

Genotype-specific de novo transcriptome assemblies from sugarcane RNASeq public datasets. Quality metrics with BUSCO and TransRate. Comparative metrics in TransRate were computed against the Sorghum bicolor transcriptome.
