This directory holds various benchmark land price datasets of Huiyang District, Huizhou City spanning from 2019 to the present. The datasets primarily cover benchmark land prices for urban land, state-owned agricultural land, collective construction land and collective agricultural land within the district, and are applicable for land assessment. These official achievement data were compiled by the Huiyang District Bureau of Natural Resources of Huizhou City through employing third-party technical organizations, reviewed and verified by the Huizhou Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources, deliberated and approved at the executive meeting of the district people's government, and subsequently officially released.
