中国及欧洲1963-2018年秋季物候栅格数据产品

获取中国物候观测网和欧洲6种典型木本植物的地面物候观测数据;利用物种物候期时空混合样本以及对应站点年的气温数据建立秋季物候模型,比较不同模型内部检验及交叉检验,选择物种最优物候模型;利用0.5°×0.5°空间分辨率的格点气温数据以及现状物种分布数据进行模拟和尺度扩展,形成0.5°×0.5°中国木本植物和欧洲6种木本植物秋季物候期(叶全变色期)格网数据。数据包含数据说明。
Ground phenology observation data from the China Phenology Observation Network and 6 typical woody plant species across Europe were collected. Autumn phenology models were developed using spatiotemporal mixed samples of species phenophases and annual air temperature data from corresponding observation stations. Internal validation and cross-validation of different models were compared to select the optimal phenology model for each species. Subsequently, simulation and spatial scaling-up were performed using gridded air temperature data with a spatial resolution of 0.5°×0.5° and current species distribution data, producing gridded autumn phenophase (full leaf coloring stage) datasets for woody plants in China and the 6 typical woody plant species in Europe at a 0.5°×0.5° resolution.
