High resolution spatial profiling of the hematopoietic landscape of the murine lung

Raw and processed MERFISH spatial transcriptomics data from two murine lung tissue sections profiled using the Vizgen MERSCOPE platform with a custom 500-gene probe panel. Data were generated as described in Skvir et al. 2026, "High resolution spatial profiling of the hematopoietic landscape of the murine lung," iScience.
