Single-Cell RNA Sequencing Reveals the Impact of Macrophage on Mesangial Cells in Lupus Nephritis Kidney Injury

Single-Cell RNA Sequencing provides a potential solution for exploring the heterogeneity of LN, helping to identify potential biomarkers and drug targets. We analyzed various cell types at the injury site of kidneys by scRNA-seq technology in a mouse LN model and identified different kinds of cell types Isolation of renal cortex of MRL/lpr and C57BL/6 mice ,preparation of cell suspension and analyzed using scRNAseq.
