PolyQ database

The large volume of information collected as a result of the investigation of polyQ models currently represents a great potential for searching, comparing and translating pathogenesis and therapeutic information between diseases. Therefore, we generated a public database comprising the polyQ mouse models, phenotypes and therapeutic interventions tested in vivo. The database is available at http://conyza.man.poznan.pl/.当前，针对多聚谷氨酰胺（polyQ）模型的相关研究已收集到海量信息，此类信息在跨疾病间搜索、比较并转化发病机制与治疗相关信息方面具备巨大应用潜力。为此，我们构建了一个公开数据库，收录了polyQ小鼠模型、相关表型以及经体内实验验证的各类治疗干预手段。该数据库的访问地址为 http://conyza.man.poznan.pl/。
