<b>Dataset Contents:</b>This collection includes all primary and output files from the genetic and statistical analyses described in the paper:<b>Annotated VCF file:</b> Contains all filtered and annotated genetic variants used as the main input for analyses.<b>Kinship Matrix and Population Structure Matrix:</b> These files show the genetic relationships and population structure among the samples, which were used in the GWAS models.<b>Phenotypic and Statistical Analysis Results:</b> Includes descriptive statistics and ANOVA results for various traits, broken down by clades and sex.<b>Phylogenetic Analysis Results:</b> Outputs from various phylogenetic models that revealed the three distinct clades within the Iranian landrace samples.<b>GWAS Input and Output files:</b> All necessary files to reproduce the GWAS results, including input phenotypic and genotypic files, as well as output files with P-values, allelic effects, and other information for all traits.<br>
