Orthomam species body mass annotation

Supplementary data for our article "Phylogenetic detection of protein sites associated with
continuous traits".

These data were used to perform simulations under a mutation-selection model to compare a model of genotype associations to a continuous trait against discrete models, on their ability to detect protein sites associated to the phenotype.

Includes : a phylogeny of 116 mammalian species, reconstructed from the Orthomam database, using IQ-TREE; a table of body mass trait for each of the species.
