Days between diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea and hypertension

These data are extracted from clinical records in the UCLA Health System from 2006 to 2016. Records of patients with at least one diagnosis each of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and hypertension (HTN) were extracted, and filtered. There are three tables in csv format, one representing all patients, and two others for females and males. Each table has four fields: 1) Days from first OSA diagnosis to first HTN diagnosis 2) Age at first OSA diagnosis 3) Age at first HTN diagnosis 4) Year of first OSA diagnosis A full description of methods is being published.
