Experimment of DNA methylation seqencing for 12 Alzheimser patients and 12 normal cognitve subjects of Japanese.

To investigate the diffrential methylation region (DMR) in the whole blood between Alzheimer's patientis and normal cognitive subjects, methylation seqencing were performed. Total 24 of subjects were included in this study: 12 Alzheimer's disease patients and 12 normal cognitive patients. Genomic DNA (gDNA) was extracted from peripheral blood by using a Maxwell RSC Instrument (Promega, USA) with Maxwell RSC Buffy Coat DNA Kit (Promega, USA).
