SELEX sequencing data for α-synuclein-binding RNA aptamers

This dataset contains raw FASTQ files generated from SELEX experiments for α-synuclein-binding RNA aptamers.Following enrichment of bound RNA pools and RT-PCR amplification, amplicon DNA libraries were prepared using the TruSeq Nano DNA Kit (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA). Next-generation sequencing was performed on the NovaSeq 6000 platform (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA) at Macrogen Japan Corp. (Tokyo, Japan).The dataset includes raw sequencing reads from rounds 0 and 6 of SELEX in compressed FASTQ format, together with accompanying metadata.The associated manuscript is currently under review.
