Expression profiles of ncRNA and mRNA in C57 and AD model mice(APP/PS1 and P301S) at the age of 3, 6 and 12 months respectively

Alzheimer's disease(AD) is a neurodegenerative disease with a long incubation period.Most of the constructed lncRNA-associated ceRNA regulatory networks are only based on the differences between clinical AD and control people or mice at a single time piont, the dynamic changes of these transcripts expression profiles with age from non-set to onset of AD need to be further elucidated. LncRNAs and mRNAs profiles of the hippocampus of 3, 6, 12 months old C57 mice and AD mice(APP/PS1 and P301S) were measured ( n=3 per group)
