Anonymized student worksheets for a hypothetical learning trajectory on linear combinations

This dataset contains anonymized materials produced as part of a design-based research study focused on the learning and teaching of linear combinations in linear algebra. The study examined students’ reasoning while engaging with a sequence of tasks mediated by Virtual Interactive Didactic Scenarios (VIDS) in the context of robotic arms reaching a teddy bear. The shared files include anonymized student worksheets and task materials. Student names and identifying information have been removed. These materials provide evidence of students’ written responses, mathematical procedures, diagrams, and reasoning strategies related to linear combination. Audio and video recordings are not included due to ethical and privacy restrictions. Only anonymized written materials are shared. The dataset is intended to support transparency and allow readers to examine the evidence underlying the analyses and findings reported in the associated article.
