Oral microbiota data obtained from saliva samples of children receiving different anesthesia treatments

Oral microbiota balance is the basis for maintaining oral health. The effect of different anesthetic technologies during the pediatric oral therapy on children's oral microbiota remanins unclear. This project performed 16S rDNA sequencing to compare the microbial composition of children's saliva samples under different anesthesia environments, and to evaluate the effects of anesthesia on the diversity of children's oral microbiota.
