Raw sequence reads of Camelus knoblochi

Palaeogenomic and stable isotope data were obtained from individual of an extinct two-humped camel species, Camelus knoblochi. We try to reconstruct the phylogenetic relationship between this extinct species and extant camels, and investigate the potential interspecific gene flow among them. We also try to infer the reasons for the extinction of Camelus knoblochi.
