资源简介:
This study involved five government institutions located in Addis Ababa City: the Electric Power Authority, water supply authority, sold waste management, Land Development and Management Bureau, and revenues and customers authority. The goal was to analyse and correlate the PSDE with institutional capacity efficiency in AAC. PSDE associated ICE was the main focus of the governance evaluations. The null (Ho) test hypothesis and the alternative (HaorH1) research prediction were tested using the Chi-Square test in the questionnaire survey study.Prior to the test itself, the null and alternative hypotheses are taken into account. These philosophies put forth opposing viewpoints. The null (Ho) hypothesis of a test always presupposes that there won’t be any influence, correlation or relationship between the variables. The alternative (Ha or H1) hypotheses scenario displays the research forecast of an impact or relationship. Ha-ha: According to the other hypotheses, the candidate’s findings when he rejects HoHo are supported by a demographic statement that contradicts both ideas. Critical Value: the halfway point between acceptance and refusal- Less than 0.05 is rejected- More than 0.05 is no rejectionThis study focused on analysing institutional capacity and governance efficiency in AAC PSD. Using a non-probability sampling approach, five public institutions – the Electric Power Authority, the water supply authority, the Land Development and Management Bureau, the solid waste management authority, and the revenue and customs authority – were chosen from the 56 entities in the AAC. Data analysis was done using both quantitative and qualitative SPSS software. To test it, regression analysis or Chi-Square are needed. This study engaged in PSD: governance and institutional capacity in AAC. From the 56 public institutions in AAC, five institutions namely Electric Power Authority, water supply authority, Land Development and Management Bureau, solid waste management authority and revenue and customs authority were selected based on non-probability sampling technique. SPSS software was used to analyse qualitative and quantitative data. Chi-Square or regression analysis is required to test it.The candidate first determined which variable in the database represented each of these factors, i.e., PSDE and institutional capacity efficiency, and then conducted the Chi-Square test to check if there was any statistical correlation between the two variables. The research questions pertaining to governance efficiency (number 9) and institutional capacity (number 16) are indicative of the variables “Governance Efficiency” and “Institutional Capacity,” respectively. Question 9 asks (how one rates the PSD efficiency in AACA). To make his analysis easier, the candidate then divided the replies for each of the factors into two categories.
