Additional file 5: Supplementary Tables 3 and 4. Methylation information for promoters in MEFs WT (3) or KO (4) for Mbd4. These tables list each mouse RRBS covered promoter with the following information: genomic annotation, gene name, coverage depth, percentage of C methylated and average methylation level of 5mC in each sequence context (CG, CHG, CHG, H represents non-G base).
