资源简介:
This dataset supports a multidisciplinary interventional study evaluating psychological, organizational, and individual human factors for developing sustainable habits of regular physical activity among sedentary workers. The study employed a parallel-group experimental design with five participant groups: physical intervention (F), psychological intervention (P), occupational intervention (A), combined intervention (K), and control (C). Data were collected across up to six time points — from baseline (T0) through a 9-month follow-up (T5), with a 12-month follow-up (T6) pending — and comprise four linked datasets: (1) self-reported questionnaire data collected via Google Forms, incorporating validated instruments (IPAQ-S, Body Appreciation Scale-2, Satisfaction with Life Scale, and self-reported interoception), covering sociodemographic characteristics, physical activity, self-perception, and life satisfaction; (2) Six-Minute Walk Test (6MWT) results measuring submaximal functional exercise capacity, recorded at baseline and at 6- and 12-month follow-ups; (3) objective data from Axivity AX6 wearable accelerometers worn continuously for 5 working days; and (4) subjective daily activity diaries completed in parallel with accelerometer wear to support signal validation. All participant identifiers are anonymised using a coded prefix-numeric scheme; questionnaire responses are numerically coded; occupational categories follow the International Standard Classification of Occupations (ISCO).
