The data underlines the paper <strong>Thioanisole Ester Based Logic Gate Cascade to Control ROS-triggered Micellar Degradation</strong>. In this work, thioanisole ester based block copolymers have been used to obtain micelles in aqueous environment. The thioanisole ester moiety has been found responsive to reactive oxygen species. Therefore the micellar structures have been investigated as ROS- responsive drug delivery and release systems. The data sets have been obtained studying this system with several techniques (NMR, DLS, TEM, Fluorescence Spectroscopy).
本数据集配套于论文《基于硫代茴香酯的逻辑门级联体系调控活性氧(Reactive Oxygen Species, ROS)触发的胶束降解》。本研究采用基于硫代茴香酯的嵌段共聚物,在水相环境中制备得到胶束。研究发现,硫代茴香酯基团可响应活性氧(ROS)。因此,该胶束结构被开发为ROS响应型药物递送与释放体系。本数据集通过核磁共振波谱(Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, NMR)、动态光散射(Dynamic Light Scattering, DLS)、透射电子显微镜(Transmission Electron Microscopy, TEM)与荧光光谱法(Fluorescence Spectroscopy)对该体系进行表征后获得。
