MHDV-Fleet-Renewal

This archive contains model outputs and input datasets used to evaluate accelerated medium- and heavy-duty vehicle fleet renewal scenarios in the Greater Chicago region. The COMBINE_CONCENTRATION files contain January–July 2023 averaged post-processed WRF-CMAQ concentration outputs for criteria pollutants and related species for the baseline and sensitivity simulations. The dailymaxozone files contain January–July 2023 averaged daily maximum 8-hour ozone (MDA8 O3) outputs. The FleetRenewalEFs.zip and ZeroPre2010EFs.zip files contain emission factors developed for the accelerated fleet renewal and zero pre-2010 vehicle sensitivity simulations. The USA_903_NOFILL_MDVIdling.txt and USA_904_NOFILL_HDVIdling.txt files are spatial surrogates used to construct the LOCUS-informed idling sensitivity simulation. The NHGIS files contain demographic data used in the exposure and health impact analyses.
