This dataset contains the pre-processed and annotated single-cell transcriptomic datasets that are presented in the publication (doi forthcoming). The data are stored as R-based Seurat objects, compressed using the qs format (CRAN: Package qs), and separated by model/species (human patients, canine patients, syngeneic murine models, or patient-derived xenografts) and site of disease (primary bone or metastatic lung). Multiple levels of cell-level annotation are stored within the associated metadata. These are described in the associated manuscript, as are the sources of the raw data. Of note, while there are two data objects for most model/species (one for primary tumors and another for metastatic tumors), there are four data objects for the PDXs. In the PDX data, one object contains the data for human cells (tumor cells), the other for mouse cells (host/stromal cells), one each for both primary and metastatic tumors.
