Differential Gene Expression in Cdh13 KO x Maternally separated mice

We report the data of a GxE experiment. Cdh13 ko vs Cdh13 wt, who were either maternally separated or controls who were handled. Two age groups were created but analyzed separately. Examination of 1 brain region (hippocampus) over 2 age x 2 genotypes x 2 environmental groups. Analysis was done for each age group independently in a 2x2 design for GxE. G (Cdh13 knockout and Cdh13 wildtype), E (maternal separation and control).本研究报道了一项基因-环境交互（Gene-by-Environment, GxE）实验的相关数据。受试对象分为Cdh13基因敲除型（knockout, ko）与Cdh13野生型（wildtype, wt）两类，且每类均被分配至母婴分离处理组或常规抚摸对照组。本研究设置了两个年龄组，并对两组分别进行独立分析。针对2个年龄组、2种基因型与2种环境分组的全部组合，我们检测了单个脑区：海马体（hippocampus）。针对每个年龄组，均采用2×2析因设计开展GxE分析，其中基因型因素（G）为Cdh13基因敲除型与Cdh13野生型，环境因素（E）为母婴分离组与对照组。
