Coach Burnout&workload data

The dataset consisted of responses from (103) professional and semi-professional sports coaches working across various team sports in Turkey. Participants completed a demographic questionnaire and the Turkish version of the Maslach Burnout Inventory–Human Services Survey (MBI-HSS), which measures three subscales: Emotional Exhaustion, Depersonalization, and Personal Accomplishment. Responses were recorded on a 7-point Likert scale ranging from 0 (Never) to 6 (Every day). The final sample included coaches from both individual and team sport contexts, with varying levels of coaching experience. Internal consistency values indicated acceptable reliability across all subscales, particularly for emotional exhaustion (α = .87).
