资源简介:
The emerging field of comparative functional connectomics is revolutionizing our understanding of the complexity of brain networks. Recent studies emphasize how large-scale comparative connectomic analyses can uncover the functional organization of the brain across primates, shedding light on both conserved and species-specific features of brain connectivity. Incorporating open science principles and data sharing has become crucial in the field of comparative and reproducible primate functional connectomics. The advent of large-scale publicly available connectomic data is enabling researchers to compare brain networks across different species, contributing to the advancement of the field. Open data can play a pivotal role in understanding neural mechanisms of cognition and behavior between different species, laying the foundation for future research that is both reproducible and inclusive. This democratization of data allows for more comprehensive and collaborative research, increasing the reproducibility and validation of findings between different research teams. To foster open science of primate functional connectomics through interdisciplinary paradigms, here, we develop and share PRIMSTRECONN, an open resource for spacetime reproducible and standardized primate connectomics.
