SARS-CoV-2 Deep Sequencing of viral challenge stocks produced by BIOQUAL labs

Here, we deep sequenced multiple challenge stocks of SARS-CoV-2 that were derived from the Center of Disease Control isolate of a Washington State patient (the first US case of 2019-nCOV). Some stock seeds were obtained from BEI Resources and a few from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston (UTMB). The vRNA of these stocks were isolated in duplicate using the ARTIC protocol and prepped to be sequenced on a Illumina MiSeq by using a Truseq Library prep kit.
