This dataset contains survey responses from 603 Indonesian adults who participated in a vignette-based randomised experiment examining how consent framing shapes intentions to share health data. Respondents were recruited via Qualtrics and randomly assigned to either an opt-in condition (n=302), in which health data sharing required active permission, or an opt-out condition (n=301), in which sharing occurred unless the respondent actively withdrew.
