SOLUTION: A plate material 100 includes a carbon fiber composite material layer 120 formed of a carbon fiber composite material and is formed in an arch shape projecting in a plate thickness direction. Furthermore， the plate material 100 is formed by stacking a plurality of layers， and at least one of the plurality of layers is formed as the carbon fiber composite material layer 120; layers located on each of the convex side and the concave side from the center in the plate thickness direction are formed so as to form the carbon fiber composite material layer 120.
