MicroED datasets of Biotin captured on a K2 detector in counting mode
收藏资源简介:
Continuous rotation data sets in MRC format were collected on a JEOL CryoARM300 (300 kv) equipped with a K2 summit direct electron detector. Datasets were collected from 7 different crystals. Each dataset was collected with an approximate flux of 0.009 e-/ Å^2/s-1 giving a final total exposure of 2.5 e-/Å^2 for a 70-degree wedge of data. All datasets were processed in DIALS and example bash scripts are provided in the SCRIPTS folder. Experimental parameters are as follows: Accelerating voltage: 300 kV Wavelength: 0.019687 Cameralength: 410 mm Exposure time: 3 s Rotation speed: 0.25 degrees s-1 Rotation: Variable - direction is noted in the files Detector area: 1919 x 1855 (Bin 2) Pixel size: 0.01 mm Spot size: 7 Angle: 5 C2 aperture: 40 µm SA aperture: 20 µm (1 µm at the sample)
