Dataset for "The Impact of Camaraderie on Academic Work Life"

This mixed-methods dataset comprises quantitative survey responses and qualitative interview transcripts collected from faculty at a Caribbean higher education institution. The data explore the impact of camaraderie and collegial relationships on academic work life, guided by Social Exchange Theory. The quantitative component includes anonymized responses from faculty members to a structured questionnaire assessing perceptions of collegiality, institutional support, well-being, and job satisfaction. Complementing this, the qualitative component consists of transcripts from semi-structured interviews that provide deeper insight into how community and interpersonal dynamics shape faculty experiences in their professional environment.
