NIH3T3 cells showing the localization of nuclear transport factor RanBP1 and F-actin in interphase cells. Cells were fixed in formaldehyde and labeled with a primary antibody to RanBP1 and Cy3-conjugated secondary to (RanBP1), FITC-labelled phalloidin, and DAPI. Images were collected on a Zeiss LSM510 confocal using a scan speed 6, 8-line averaging and a 63X 1.4NA objective.
