DataDeception v0.1: A Citation-First Dataset of Manufacturer-Claim vs. Independent-Measurement Divergence in U.S. Electric Vehicles

Patch release: includes built paper/main.pdf in the source archive (v0.1 source tarball was created before the PDF was committed to the repo). No data or methodology changes from v0.1. Same dataset: 13 products, 28 deception records, 13 tactics, 8 manufacturers. Same paper: 13 pages, 23 citations. For Zenodo: this version supersedes v0.1 in concept-DOI resolution. Released under MIT (code) and CC-BY-4.0 (data).
