Pastry production in Czechia 2015-2022

Between the years observed, the pastry production volume in Czechia has mostly decreased. In 2022, 241.8 thousand metric tons of fresh bread were produced, approximately 33 thousand metric tons less than 2015, but an increase compared to the previous year. Only the production of fresh pastry goods and cakes increased compared to 2015, by over five thousand metric tons.

在观察期间，捷克共和国的糕点产量总体呈下降趋势。2022年，新鲜面包的产量为241.8万吨，较2015年减少了约33万吨，但与上一年相比有所增长。相较于2015年，唯有新鲜糕点和蛋糕的产量有所上升，增幅超过五千吨。
