This dataset was generated as part of DYNASTY project activities (specifically WP3, samples preparation, data production and data analysis), to support the mapping of strain in 2D TMDs placed on prepatterned surfaces. Polarization-resolved second harmonic generation (P-SHG) measurements were conducted to spatially map the strain.
