Monocytic THP1 cells were treated with PMA to differentiate them into macrophages. These macrophages were infected with H37Rv at an MOI of 10, and genomic DNA was isolated 48 hours after infection. Methylated DNA was pulled down using MBD, and sequencing was done on Illumina HiSeq. Data submitted here is raw reads of methylated DNA pulled down from uninfected and infected macrophages.
