Transcriptome and expression analysis of genes related to reg-ulatory mechanisms in holly (Ilex dabieshanensis) under cold stress

Ilex dabieshanensis K. Yao & M. B. Deng is not only an important economic tree species, but also has the characteristics of evergreen in all seasons and strong cold resistance. This study determined the main signaling pathways and key genes involved in or shared by cold stress through the com-parative analysis of the transcriptome of holly under different cold stress times to understand the molecular mechanism of the response of holly to cold stress.
