PLGA-mediated sustained delivery of alarelin for spermiation management in pikeperch (Sander lucioperca): Effects on sperm motility and endocrine responses

This dataset supports the study “PLGA-mediated sustained delivery of alarelin for spermiation management in pikeperch (Sander lucioperca): Effects on sperm motility and endocrine responses”. The dataset contains raw experimental data used for statistical analyses, including plasma androgen concentrations, CASA-derived sperm motility and kinematic parameters, sperm concentration, milt volume, relative sperm production, and total sperm motility percentages. The dataset also includes available in vitro alarelin release values from PLGA microparticles. Fish were not individually tagged; therefore, repeated measurements obtained at different sampling times cannot be linked to specific individuals. Missing values are indicated as NA.
